Palliative Coaching

Palliative coaching is deeply personal and holistic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual involved through a combination of functional medicine and spiritual guidance.

The palliative coaching approach centers on involving the entire family and sometimes social surrounding and medical teams, recognising that the end-of-life journey impacts everyone.

My team and I work closely with patient and their loved ones, addressing fears, anxieties, and emotional pain.

By encouraging open communication, we help bridge gaps, fostering deeper connections and meaningful moments of closeness.

We aim to create a space filled with love, empathy, and understanding, where the departing's wishes are honoured, and relationships are strengthened. Families can find peace knowing they are honouring their loved one’s legacy, and the patient is reassured they are not alone in their final journey.

In addition, we help families create lasting memories through end-of-life ceremonies and creative workshops. These moments—whether personal baptisms, farewell gatherings, or crafting mementos—offer profound opportunities to celebrate life and preserve a legacy of love and connection that will be cherished long after their loved one is gone.

For families with young children, we assist in preserving stories and values through biographical work, ensuring the parent’s influence continues to guide and comfort.

After passing we continue supporting the family with assistance in daily life but also with emotional and spiritual support.
