Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM
The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is based on the 5 elements, 5 substances and 12 organs, each in the duality of yin and yang.

As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I focus on a holistic approach to health, combining techniques like acupuncture, herbal medicine, and laser therapy to support your body’s natural healing process in combination with Functional Medicine IFM.
Acupuncture: Using fine needles placed on specific points, acupuncture stimulates your body’s organs, nervous, and hormonal systems to restore balance. This technique helps with a wide range of issues, from pain relief to promoting overall wellness.
Laser Acupuncture: A pain-free, modern version of acupuncture, low-level laser therapy helps reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, and support tissue healing, making it ideal for conditions like frozen shoulder, endometriosis, or after surgery.
Ear Acupuncture & NADA Protocol: Ear acupuncture uses reflex points in the ear to treat issues like pain, addiction, and chronic conditions. The NADA protocol, involving 5 needles on each ear, is highly effective in managing stress, sleep issues, and addiction recovery.
Electro Acupuncture: This technique enhances traditional acupuncture by applying a gentle electrical current to the needles, boosting blood flow and nerve stimulation. It’s commonly used for muscle tension, fertility, and birth preparation.
Chinese Herbal Medicine: I also create personalized herbal formulas, using both Chinese and Western plants, to support healing and improve overall health. These are prescribed as teas, capsules, or tinctures, depending on your needs.
With every treatment, my focus is on finding the right approach for your unique body, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help you achieve lasting health.
